1. Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging
- Sale and clearance items are non-returnable
2. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us at [email protected]
- Include photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly
- We’ll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we’re not liable for lost returns
5. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges
- To get a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order
